How I work: after an initial discussion (via Zoom or phone), I will research your family history “problem” to determine if I can assist you. After that, my research plans are customizable as needed to meet your family history goals.
The Spark research plan is designed for those who have “sparked” an interest in their family history and want to know a little bit more. This package includes approximately 10 hours of genealogical research on 1-6 individuals in your family tree.
The Kindling package is my intermediary package, designed for those who want more information than the Spark package, but aren’t ready to commit to the Bonfire. This package provides more specific information about your lineage and includes 20 hours of genealogical research.
The Bonfire package will provide you a comprehensive family history going back as far as possible. This package provides approximately 40 hours of genealogical research.
For those not ready to commit to a package, I also offer hourly research at a rate of $75 CAD/hour.

*I’m committed to searching all available resources but sometimes records have been lost, damaged, or not recorded. If records are available outside my area (ie: overseas, require another expert’s help) I can facilitate that research for you and it can be added to package. Any charges will be discussed with you before they are incurred.
